Let’s get this shit going!
Or words to that effect.
So, a plan of action is needed. Work days are a pain, as early starts mean early rises. Therefore, not much effort is wanted, just enough to do some damage whilst being zombified. Unfortunately, my job is quite physical, more manual labour than actually cooking (I’m a chef, not that I feel like one), so eleven hours on my feet with the health problems I already have is… interesting to say the least.
So! 365 days!!!
There’s a whole slew of things that need to be done: the exercise, the food.
Food-wise, I eat reasonably healthy most meal times, it’s just I tend to divulge in more than just one chocolate digestive. Sugar in coffee is a big no-no; sugar in anything really -one more thing that could tip me towards diabetes. No chocolate -or at least a tiny bit on a Friday after weigh-in- no cakes, no eating at work that wasn’t anything I’ve brought myself.
My biggest problem is finishing work, and wanting to stuff my face to make up for the tiredness and stress. Even when I know full well what I’m doing. I just wish I could switch that off. I used to be able to do it, why can’t I now? The main answer would be my job… Obviously, I can’t go into the whys and whynots, but it is the definite answer. I would love to work from home, and it not be an issue. But I do, and that’s why there’s two tables:
These are daily, with tick boxes (I like ticking off stuff!).
I’ve also done the entire year (meaning, I’ve done a grid, and I’ll tick that off as well…. I may have a problem).
I will keep documenting every day, just to annoy you all, and to really piss off Rowland (see, I can troll too clown shoes). I’ll collage them like I did before, and collect them together each week here on this blog. Not just as proof, but to spur me on to do it again the next day.
